The inspiring story behind Rainbow village is that 97 years old Grandpa saves the village by painting houses and streets with colorful art. To reach the village the nearest bus stop to Rainbow village is at the Ling Tung University bus stop. The village is about 10 minutes’ walk from the bus stop. You have to book the ticket to visit the rainbow village. The nearest railway station to Rainbow village is Taichung High-Speed Rail Station.

Feng Chia Night Market

Feng Chia Night Market is also called Fengja Shopping Town. Fengja is a night market in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. It is claimed to be the largest night market in Taiwan. The Fengja Night market is one of the largest commercial business centers covering an area of about 1 km wide. The market has many streets lined with mouthwatering food, hotels, and shops. National Museum of National Science

LIHPAO Discovery Land

Lihpao Discovery Land resort is a theme park located in the Houli District of Taichung, Taiwan. The theme park is spread over 25 hectares of wide land. It offers a full range of entertainment, recreation, accommodation, dining, restaurants, food stall, and shopping facilities. It is a top fun-loving tourist attraction in Taichung. It has three major scenarios and nine themed games. There are thrilling activities like roller coaster rides featuring maximum gravity, and water activities at Mala Bay. Toroko National Park

Dajila Jenn Lann Temple

The Dajila Jenn Lann Temple is also known as the Zhenlan temple or Mazu Temple. The temple is a religious center in Taiwan. Dajila temple is dedicated to the Chinese Goddess Mazu. Mazu is the goddess of the sea, the Patron deity of fisherman, sailors, and many people related to the sea or ocean. The Dajila Temple is located in the Dajila District of Taichung. It is one of the most famous Matzu Temple in Taiwan. It has 200 years old history. The people say that Jenn Lann Temple was brought into Taiwan by the Fukien province Tien island from Maizhou in 1730. The annual celebration of Taiwan starts with the Dajila Mazu pilgrimage.

Wufeng is a suburban district in southern Taichung, Taiwan. It is the location of the Taiwan Provincial Consultative Council. Huangshan is the home of many tribal communities in Taiwan. The tribes inhabiting the Huangshan are known as the Atayal. Sun Moon Lake

Lavender Cottage is a cottage located in the beautiful field of lavender and is an eco-tourist spot in Taichung. Lavender cottage has several gardens planted with different herbs. The cottage offers verdant trails, restaurants, and gift shops.  The cottage provides a guided tour to the visitors with lunch.
