15. Hidimba Devi Temple

Hidimba was a Hindu deity and was one of the characters of Mahabharata. She married the Bhim, one of the sons of Kunti. Hidimba Devi Temple is also known as Dhungari Temple. The Hidimba Devi temple is located in the forest of old Manali. It is one of the attractions for tourists. It was built by Maharaja Bahadur Singh in 1553 EC. The Hidimba Devi temple is made up of wooden 24 meters with all three square roofs in timber tiles.

17. Bhrigu Lake, Manali

Bhrigu lake trek is the first preference of the trekker. Bhrigu lake is located at an elevation of 4300 meters the in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. Bhrigu lake is at a distance of 22 km from Manali. It requires 4 days to complete the trek. The trek starts from Gulaba on Manali Rohtang Pass, past Kolan, Palchan, and Kothi via taxi or car. Jana waterfall is beautiful inside a small village Jana. Jana waterfall is located at a distance of 32 km from Manali. It is on the Bijli Mahadeo road. The height of the waterfall is 30 feet high. 

20. Beas Kund, Manali

Old Manali is 3 km away from New Manali. The old and new Manali are separated by the Beas river. The old Manali has houses made up of wooden structures and a roof of tiles. The popular places to visit in old Manali are Hidimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Solang Valley, Rohtang Pass, and Market.
